Hello...
I’m Kathryn, a Leadership and Personal Development workshop facilitator, certified transformational coach, school governor, and mum.
I’m passionate about empowering individuals to own their path and fulfil their potential through leadership and personal development workshops, online learning, and one-to-one coaching.
With a background in leadership and marketing management roles within the corporate world, alongside my work as a qualified coach and experience as a workshop facilitator, I bring both commercial insight and deep coaching expertise to my work. I hold a Diploma in Transformational Coaching and a Certificate in Positive Psychology, and the approaches I use draw on a breadth of evidence-based tools and frameworks, always tailored to each individual or group’s specific needs.
My work is grounded in the ICF coaching code of ethics.
Based in the UK, I have lived and worked both in the UK and across Asia Pacific, giving me a broad cultural and professional perspective.
Outside of coaching, I love spending time with my family, practising yoga, paddle boarding, and exploring new places.
My professional credentials include:

How I would describe myself:
As well as being highly perceptive, I am always curious for new ideas and insights, and this allows me to ask relevant questions to challenge your thinking to help open up new possibilities. I aim to do this in an inspiring, empathetic, and engaging way. I would describe myself as an optimistic realist and am fascinated by the power of positive psychology.
How my workshop participants describe me and the workshops:
"You're a natural facilitator with a lovely, warm, friendly, and supportive manner. You created a safe space for us to reflect and were genuinely interested in us and our contributions."
"The session was peppered with examples from Kathryn's experience, which helped to understand the concepts better. She was also good at drilling down to what people were actually saying rather than just accepting a confusing response from a participant."
"The environment Kathryn created was warm, supportive and productive, she has extensive knowledge of techniques and strategies that helped each of us find clarity. I found her to be empathetic, wise and exceptionally good at helping me reach the next step in terms of moving forward. After the workshop I finally took action."
How my coaching clients describe me:
“Kathryn is empowering, compassionate, and wise. She has helped me believe in myself and my projects and owning my path.”
“Kathryn is authentic in her passion for helping you develop and conducts herself in an intelligent, humorous, and optimistic manner.”
“I was so impressed with Kathryn's professional but approachable attitude.”
“Kathryn is an attentive listener and asks pertinent questions to get you thinking. I particularly like Kathryn’s action-orientated style meaning that things actually happen.”
My coaching story:
K White Coaching was born from my desire to empower women to own their paths with confidence and to live a fulfilled, balanced, and happy life. It all started when I was introduced to the power of coaching in the corporate world, but it wasn’t until I took a break from my marketing career to have my two children that I realised I wanted to make a career out of empowering others to own their path, creating a career and life they love.
After having children, my values changed, and what I wanted from my career and from life was different. To understand what career path would best suit my values, strengths, experience, and lifestyle, I undertook some career coaching myself, and it was then that I decided to requalify as a certified coach and start K White Coaching.
Crafting a life I love...
As well as empowering others, for me, crafting a life I love is about the intentional use of my time, focus, and energy. I love spending time and sharing experiences with my family and friends, including activities in nature, and exploring new places. I believe in the power of a morning routine, and I enjoy running, practicing yoga, and meditation.
